This User Agreement governs your use of truesidr.co and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Frame By Frame SCL LLC ("True Sidr", "we", "us"), a New Mexico limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. We ship within the United States only; see the Shipping Policy.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was wrong, if we cannot ship to the address, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. You are responsible for the payment method you use being valid and authorized.
4. Product information
We describe our honey as accurately as we can, and every jar is raw, unfiltered, unpasteurized, mono-floral Sidr. Because it is unblended and bottled by batch, color, texture and taste vary between harvests. That variation is the product working as intended, not a defect. Photography is representative; a jar will not be identical to a picture.
Raw honey crystallizes over time. This is normal and is described on the site.
5. Health statements
Statements on this site about honey and health have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Speak to a qualified professional about your own health.
Do not give honey, of any kind, to an infant under 12 months old. This is standard guidance for all honey and is not specific to ours.
If you have a known allergy to honey, pollen or bee products, do not consume this product.
6. Returns and the satisfaction guarantee
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee and how returns work are set out in the Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
7. Subscriptions
If you start a subscription, the Subscription Terms apply in addition to this agreement, including how recurring billing, skipping and cancellation work.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the site, our staff, or this agreement.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, to resell our products as your own, or to misrepresent your relationship with us. We may refuse service to anyone doing so.
10. Batch traceability
Each jar carries a batch number and a QR code linking to that batch's record. The record is provided for information. We may correct, update or withdraw records, and access is intended for people who have bought a jar.
11. Our content
The True Sidr name and logo, the site's text, photography, design and code are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. You may of course share links to our pages.
12. Content you send us
If you send us a review, photo, or other content, you keep ownership of it and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business, including on the site and in marketing. Only send content that is yours to share.
13. Third parties
The store runs on Shopify, and payment, shipping, email and subscription services are provided by third parties. Their terms govern their own services. Links to outside sites are not endorsements.
14. Availability
We try to keep the site up but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it, including products, at any time.
15. Disclaimers and limits
Except where the law says otherwise, the site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from your breach of this agreement or your misuse of the site.
17. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court where that is available to you.
18. Changes
We may update this agreement. The version in force is the one published here when you place an order, and the "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
19. General
If a court finds any part of this agreement unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it. This agreement, together with the policies it refers to, is the whole agreement between us about the site and your orders.
