How to store it

Somewhere cool and dark with the lid on, away from direct sun. Do not refrigerate. If it turns grainy that is raw honey behaving normally — stand the jar in warm water and it loosens again.

Very Delicious Raw Honey

I've always enjoyed honey, but lately I've been more interested in options like this for health reasons, so I was excited to score this. I've been taking a little bit of this in my morning tea (or sometimes with toast or biscuits) for a while now, and it's wonderful.For starters, the honey itself is delicious. Yes, you can absolutely add it to beverages and such as a sweetener, but it's more than delicious enough to eat with fruit, waffles, toast, or just about anything else you might want some honey on. I've also been feeling great since I've been making it a point to eat this regularly.My only real critique is that it's a relatively small amount of honey for the price point, but that doesn't change the fact that the product is excellent. Worth trying if you're looking for something really high in quality.

Very mellow

This honey is lovely. It is a very light colored mild honey. It makes a lovely sauce on chicken or drizzled over toast. It is a pretty small jar but if you want a honey that doesn’t have a strong herby flavor, this is great. It is very smooth and clear. Man I just licked it straight of the honey spoon and it is just lovely!

I ordered the True Sidr Honey because of a research article I read on Honey. This Honey is linked to the improvement of mental clarity n cellular rejuvenation. It has numerous benefits for our health n wellbeing. Yes it’s expensive, although this brand was more economical than most. So I started with this brand to test the validity that are being made for this type of Sidr honey.

Different than the kind in the plastic bear!

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from this honey, but wow — this stuff is good. The flavor is deeper and more interesting than regular honey. It’s sweet, but not in that sugary way… more like a warm, mellow sweetness with a tiny hint of something earthy. It’s the kind of honey you actually want to eat by the spoonful.The texture is thick and silky, almost creamy, and it spreads beautifully. I’ve been using it in tea, on toast, and honestly just dipping a spoon in when I want something sweet. It doesn’t have that sharp aftertaste some honeys get — it’s smooth all the way through.The color is nice too, a rich golden brown that looks like it came straight from the source. The whole jar feels like a treat, not just a pantry item. It also has super secure packaging!!!If you’ve only ever had basic grocery‑store honey, this is a totally different experience from the kind in the plastic bear! It feels pure, rich, and kind of luxurious in a natural way. I’m genuinely impressed.

It's Honey ... and Very Good

I am a lover of honey but not an expert on the subject. This product arrived beautifully sealed in a tight, sturdy jar. To me, it seems similar to other honeys I've purchased except that the consistency is somewhat less viscous. It is amber in color and smells and tastes delicious. I can't speak to the purported health effects but hope they are true. The packaging includes a QR code that can be scanned to determine the source of the particular jar, which is fun and lends a sense of authenticity. I'm a little disappointed that the source of mine isn't more specific. I'm told that it is "Multi-region Sidr harvest from regions indigenous to Sidr trees: Yemen, Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan." I'm also told that it was packed in Saudi Arabia. I appreciate that this is 100 percent raw honey in a BPA-free jar that is very fresh with a best date nearly 2.5 years in the future. I enjoy a drizzle on my fruit and cereal bowl in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate to order this product again except for the current price of $23.88, which is beyond my budget for 8.8 ounces of honey.

Compared to similar products on Amazon, this is very good value for the money based on today's prices. I like the "True Sidr™ Raw Mountain-Sourced Sidr Honey" and it has my recommendation.

Not a honey expert, but I can say this is some of the best I've eaten

As the title says, I'm no expert on honey. Over the years I've used store bought honey, honey purchased from beekeepers that kept hives as a hobby. I've even purchased "hot honey" that has spicy peppers in it etc. But I've never tried a product that prices itself in the ultra premium market. I'm calling it that because for $24 for 8 oz or so... it's more than I would normally spend on honey. But again, what do I know?From what I read however, this is sought after and a real connoisseurs type of honey. Authentic Sidr honey is supposed to be in a class by itself from all the hype I read. Well, I can say this is truly good stuff. It has a nice golden hue and although yes it's sweet and you know it's honey, i's just a smooth and mellow flavor and has a nice texture. Hard to explain. You know you're eating honey which is all sugar really. But it's not that overwhelming sweet taste.I know this is some of the best if not the best honey I've had. I don't think I can swing the cost all the time as to me it's a steep price. But for honey aficionados it's possibly a no brainer. This stuff is plain yummy.

Liquid Gold Straight From the Hive

This Sidr honey has a rich, smooth flavor that tastes noticeably different from ordinary grocery store honey. You can tell it’s the real deal. Nice taste, packaged well.

I'll start off by saying I had no issues with the taste or texture of this honey. It was sweet, but not overly so. It spread smoothly and mixed well with the different recipes/products I've used it in. It seems to be a good quality product that tastes good! That's the most you can ask of a food. My jar came with a tamper-proof seal (both inside-and-out) to prevent issues with contamination, etc. Any health benefits from this product are subtle, and so I cannot comment on that particular claim, but any natural sweetener is better for you than something like fructose corn syrup. Price is fantastic when compared to other, similar products!

Awesome honey, LOVE IT!!!

My third review on this sidr honey. It’s not making me drowsy anymore, as i had noted in my 2nd review. It seems it takes a few days for one’s body to adjust to the honey’s awesome work fixing whatever it needs to correct. I have now switched to taking it at early morning & mid afternoon for great energy. I will post another review in a few days. I really LOVE this honey! Flavor, texture & gentle sweetness are amazing. It will be the only honey i’ll purchase from now on.

Why does the color change between batches?

Because nothing is blended. Each harvest is bottled on its own, so color and flavor shift a little from batch to batch.

Is it safe if it crystallizes?

Yes. Crystallization is what raw, unprocessed honey does. Stand the jar in warm water and it loosens again.
